Tuesday, November 6th - Election Day!

TWO things for tonight:

1. In your JA Workbook, we are preparing to look at how government pays for everything....taxes!! You will need to read and complete pages 45-51 in your JA workbook. (you don't need to do page 46)

2. Organization Assignment (check back by 3 p.m. - it will be up then!)
Okay, time to get organized! Here is what to do:

1. If you haven't already done so - create a Unit 3 Money and Banking Folder on your computer (desktop or my documents) AND in your dropbox.
2. There are SIX documents which needs to be in these two folders. They are LISTED on the Dropbox Binder Page on this blog - check it out!!!  Make sure they are in your Unit 3 folder on your desktop/my documents FIRST - then copy and paste them into the Dropbox folder. This will help to cut down on those crazy shortcuts some of you have in the dropbox.
3. Okay, now at this point some of you have 3 folders in the dropbox. Let's do some editing.
4. First, CREATE a new folder in your My Documents (on your computer) titled Dropbox Copies.
5. Second, COPY and PASTE the Unit 1 (six core principles) and Unit 2 (stocks) folders from dropbox TO the new Dropbox Copies folder. Be SURE you have done this right before the next step.
6. Third - Delete the Unit 1 and Unit 2 folders in dropbox - NOW there should only be a Unit 3 Money and Banking folder in there (with its six contents).
